Orders & Preorders
What is a preorder?
A preorder lets you reserve gear that’s made in limited runs. We produce in small batches to keep quality high and waste low. Preorders require payment to confirm your spot.
When do preorders ship?
Preorders ship after the stated production window on the product page. You’ll receive an email update when your order is ready to ship. Regular shipping timelines start after production is complete.
Do unpaid preorder checkouts get cancelled?
Yes. Only paid orders are produced. Unpaid checkouts are automatically cancelled.
Can I edit or combine orders?
Email us at hello@ahontrail.com with your order number ASAP. If production or packing has started, changes may not be possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Philippines (via LBC): Metro Manila 1–2 days; Outside Metro Manila / Provinces 3–7 days. Timelines apply to in-stock items and begin once payment is confirmed. For preorders, shipping starts after production.
When do you ship orders?
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday ship on Monday. Orders on holidays ship next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide on request. Please email hello@ahontrail.com for rates and timelines.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank deposit/transfer (BPI/BDO), GCash, and Maya. Instructions are shown at checkout and on the page below.
How do I send proof of payment?
Reply to your order email with a clear screenshot/photo of the transfer confirmation (show date, time, and reference number).

Sizing & Care
How do I choose my size?
Use our size charts and measure a favorite singlet or shirt laid flat. Check chest (A) and length (B), then compare to our chart.
Any tips for hot, humid runs?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange (unused, unwashed, in original packaging). Email us first for instructions. Preorder items follow the same window once delivered.
